Refund Policy

Shrooms On Wheels holds product quality and customer safety in the highest regard. We employ stringent product testing protocols to ensure that the product delivered to you is of superior quality. If, on the off chance, you receive a product that doesn’t align with the high-quality standards you expect from us, we invite you to contact our support team for additional assistance. Our management team carefully considers each refund request on a case-by-case basis to decide on the most appropriate resolution. Should we conclude that a refund is warranted, we maintain the discretion to issue Store Credit instead of a direct refund. The refund modality is selected considering your original payment method and the amount of the order. We are committed to working with our customers towards a satisfactory resolution.

Customers must bring any concerns or requests for refunds to our attention within 7 days following the delivery of their order. We are unable to offer refunds for any orders beyond this 7-day period.

In instances where you receive a defective product, please inform us within the 7-day window so we can initiate an investigation immediately. Our management team will assess each claim and issue a credit or a replacement product where justified. Replacement products are dispatched solely in cases of defective merchandise. Shrooms On Wheels will determine the appropriate remedy (credit or replacement) individually.

Credits issued will expire after ninety (90) days. These credits are provided as coupon codes, which are single-use; if not fully redeemed, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and Shrooms On Wheels is unable to reissue a new code for the residual amount.

Should a customer be dissatisfied with their order, we may present the option to return it. In situations involving defective products or incorrect orders, we will bear the shipping costs for the return. If a customer is unsatisfied for reasons unrelated to product defects, they may be offered a refund, yet they will then be responsible for all associated return shipping expenses.

Refunds are granted subject to our management team’s discretion. In scenarios where multiple units of the same item are purchased, refunds can only be issued for the unopened products. If you are not satisfied with an opened item, do not open the remaining items and contact customer service promptly. Whether a product is defective will be determined by our management team on a case-by-case basis; it is important to note that the presence of seeds in cannabis products is typical and will not be classified as a defect unless deemed so by our management.

Should an item be out of stock or missing from your order prior to shipping, we will take steps to inform you and adjust your order. We will try to reach you for up to 3 hours. If, after this period, we cannot establish contact, we will select a comparable replacement product. No refunds or credits will be provided for any substitute items selected under these circumstances.

Our support or management team may request further evidence to support the investigation of your issue, which may include photographs, videos, or additional details. Failure to provide the requested information, or refusal to do so, will lead to the denial of a refund, store credit, or return for any product.

Payment Policy

When placing an order with Shrooms On Wheels, payment must be completed within 12 hours using one of our approved payment methods. Orders not paid within this timeframe will be automatically canceled and cannot be reinstated to processing status. If payment is received after an order has been canceled, the order will remain canceled, and store credit will be issued in place of a refund. Late payments for orders may lead to a permanent ban from Shrooms On Wheels websites and services after multiple occurrences, at the discretion of our management team.
