Orders and Shipping
We aim to ship out every order within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days within Canada. On average, you should receive your order within 2 to 4 days of sending your payment.
You can create an account at the My Account page. When checking out, you will have the option to set a password and create an account. Use your account to track your order, see your order history and earn great deals.

We hold product quality, customer satisfaction and safety in the highest regard. If, on the off chance, you receive a product that doesn’t align with the high-quality standards you expect from us, we invite you to contact our support. Customers must bring any concerns to our attention within 7 days following the delivery of their order. See our full refund and returns policy here.

As soon as you can, alert us at info@shroomsonwheels.com or text at 416 800 2918 and we will do everything we can to fix it before the package goes out. Unfortunately, if we’ve already shipped your order, there’s nothing we can do.
If you’ve sent payment for an order that you no longer want, you will be given store credit in the amount of your order to be used at a later date. If you haven’t sent your payment yet, no worries, your order will be cancelled after 48 hours.
